Love your show Bob. My brother Pat fell away from the Catholic church years ago but has become a Christian once again and introduced me to your show…which we listen to as we work (I’m a builder).
I am a Catholic and am interested in your perspective as a protestant about the Pope and the homosexual and other sexual scandals within the church. There have been “anti-popes” in the past where evil-doers have been placed in this highest Catholic leadership position…and doing evil. Pope Francis has a number of journalist followers (for want of a better term)…who are always explaining what he means with one statement or another. From my perspective as a businessman, if a statement/directive from a “CEO” isn’t understood…there is a problem. When spiritual and doctrinal clarity is missing the enemy is involved. The utter lack of gumption to clean house is what disgusts me. Better to lose 9 of 10 priests if it means spiritually cleansing the church. Actions speak louder than empty words and mea culpa…
Anyway…blah blah…I am a bit of a Pharisee I guess. Anyway…keep up the great work.
